Gianni Baggi
is Italian, born in 1946, and grew up and still works in Milan.
A professional photographer since 1976, he works in the field of advertising.
He takes pictures for major companies in Italy and abroad, creating their company images. “Photographic Communication” is his catch phrase.
Gianni therefore specialises in various areas of photography: Studio Portraits, People and Reportage and also Still Life and Architecture.
This freelance approach to photography allowed him to move to Le Spugne in the Botte Valley, Montespertoli, Tuscany in 1986, where he began restoring the farmhouse of the same name while continuing his profession as a photographer.
As well as photography, he devotes himself to contemporary art under the pseudonym "Gianni Otr".
